Step 3: Personalize

This next phase is where things start to feel real – the design phase. WestCreek Homes handles all the design and construction drawings, then they’ll engage their trade partners and handle all the permit applications so you can sit back and focus on the details that matter most to you.

Step 4: Build

Once your design has been established, it’s time to start the most exciting part of the process – the build phase! WestCreek Homes will oversee everything from digging the hole for the foundation to handling the inspections. During this step, you’ll make the finishing selections that match your personal taste and turn a house into a home. Then, just sit back and relax while your dedicated WestCreek salesperson handles everything from coordinating painting, to installing flooring, countertops, electrical, etc.

Step 5: Live

Near the end of the build process (around week 37), it’ll be time for the final walkthrough! WestCreek Homes will take you through your new home for the pre-occupancy inspection and orientation of your new home. And if you still need some more face time before your move-in date, they’ll continue to check in with you until everything is exactly as you want.
