Friends and Family Referral Program

If you have purchased a home in any WestCreek community past or present and refer a friend or family member to purchase within the same community, you will receive a cash gift of up to $1,500*. Your friend or family member will also receive a cash gift of up to $1,500*. Complete this form and bring it into any show home when you introduce your referral.

Community Referral Program

The choice you made to live in a past or present WestCreek community is valued. So, if you’re looking to move into a new home but stay in the WestCreek Family with Cornerbrook, Legacy or Wolf Willow, an offer will go to you of a $2,000** cash gift.
